Heavy nose, slow turns.

This is a super common thing to happen. This happens when there's been a big impact with something big. The big impact causes the compression in the foam, but because it's hitting something big, there's a wide enough surface area that the glass doesn’t break and instead springs back. Sometimes it won't even crack, and you are just left with what appears to be a soft spot.
We rarely experience people as individuals; we experience them as representatives. One bad interaction at the beach, in a shop, or on the street and suddenly it isn’t just that person anymore. It becomes “that surfer,” “that community,” “that place.” We attach meaning far beyond the moment, and most people never realise they’re carrying that weight for everyone around them. Everything you do is a reflection of something bigger than you, whether you intend it or not. That’s why it matters how you show up in the smallest, most ordinary places.
Not very often you see a leash cheese wire its way through the nose! Super common on tails when leashes aren’t put on properly, but I think this is a first time ive seen it go through a nose.
I'm honestly surprised more people don't do this. Your everyday surfer would definitely benefit from an extra few ounces of glass, rather than the extra few hundred grams that it saves.

Purpose is everything. If there’s no good reason to do something, don’t do it. Flexible hours optimize output, build trust, and increase freedom, especially when the surf is pumping

Not all dings are as straight forward as they appear! What looked like a small crack turned out to be a big delamination
I’m naturally service-minded, so I tend to put work first, even over surfing. I’d rather make sure everyone else is looked after, and their boards are ready on time.

Have been thinking about this alot recently! Watched a video of someone doing the small patch first and as I am naturally my own biggest hater I have been trying to figure out if I've been missing something! Would love to hear what you think!
We’ve sent a lot of products back and lost money at times, but for us it’s worth it for integrity. I don’t understand how people can promote things they haven’t tried or know nothing about. Some of the messages we’ve received have been eye-opening.
