Our very own Nicky and Bobby are taking on the Great Flamingo South West Coast Path Stomp 2026! Dressed as flamingos, they’ll be walking an incredible 30 miles from Bude to Port Isaac with the South West Flamingo Stomp Crew, raising money for the brilliant breast cancer awareness charity CoppaFeel! 💗

Come along next week, show your support and help us raise as much as we can!🩷

🎧 Wednesday 2nd September, from 11am
Get moving with a fun workout led by our instructors and DJ Nerdy, followed by a buffet lunch. Please bring a plate of food to share!

Raffle tickets for Friday will also be available to buy on the day, and donations are very welcome!

Our staffed opening hours will be: 6:00am to 12:00pm

If you have a 24-hour membership, you’ll still be able to access the gym outside of these hours as normal 💪

You can upgrade to 24-hour access at any time. If you have any questions or would like to upgrade, just speak to a member of the WAXGYM team! 😊

We are SUPER excited to announce that Emma has officially joined the WAXGYM team full-time!! 🤩🎉

Emma has been in and around WAXGYM for such a long time, and since the start of August she’s been here permanently, teaching classes and, of course, continuing to keep the gym looking spotless! 🧹✨

Emma will be teaching Spin, Dance Fit, Pilates and more! She does have just one very important message for everyone though…

Who remembers our twinkle tots sessions with Nicky? From September, we are looking at adding a baby/toddler music and sensory session to our timetable

On Friday 31st July, we held our very first Senior Members’ Sports Day, and what a FANTASTIC day it was!

Not only did we enjoy brilliant sunshine and a lovely picnic after the event, but everyone took part and really embraced the spirit of the games, taking competitiveness to ANOTHER LEVEL!

You can see from the photos just how much energy and enthusiasm everyone brought to the day.

A huge thank you to all our amazing over-50s members and the wider community for making it such a fun and memorable event.
