📣 ST MAWGAN YOUTH FC ANNUAL AGM 📣

Our Annual AGM is taking place on Wednesday 29th July, 6.30pm – 7.30pm, and we’d love to see as many parents, coaches, volunteers and supporters there as possible.

This is your opportunity to have your say and help shape the future of St Mawgan Youth FC.

We’ll be discussing:

⚽ How the 2024/25 season has worked.
⚽ Plans and priorities for next season.
⚽ Topics raised throughout the year, including the use of subs.
⚽ Opportunities to get involved and support the club moving forward.

Whether you’ve been with the club for years or have only recently joined, your views matter. We want to hear what’s worked well, what could be improved, and how we can continue to provide the best possible experience for all of our players.

Yesterday we celebrated the end of another fantastic season at St Mawgan Youth Football Club, with our annual presentation evening held in the sunshine at Trevarrian. ☀️⚽

The evening featured some brilliant matches, plenty of exciting penalties, and, most importantly, a chance to celebrate the incredible talent we have throughout the club.

Congratulations to our age-group penalty winners:

🏆 U8 – Eden
🏆 U9 – Oscar
🏆 U10 – Harry
🏆 U11 – Zico
🏆 U12 – Owen
🏆 U13 – Ethan

Each age-group winner then went head-to-head in the grand final in front of the rest of the club, with 🌟 Ethan 🌟 coming out on top. A huge congratulations to all our finalists!

It was fantastic to see so much talent, enthusiasm and sportsmanship on display. The future of St Mawgan Youth FC is certainly in safe hands 💪

A massive thank you goes to all of our coaches for their dedication, hard work and commitment throughout the season. You give up so much of your time to help every player develop and enjoy the game, and we couldn’t do it without you.

Thank you as well to all of our parents and families for your incredible support in all weathers, whether it’s cheering from the sidelines, travelling to matches, or helping behind the scenes. Your support means everything to the club.

Special thanks also to Tom, Joey and Leanne for keeping everyone fed with a fantastic BBQ, and to Rosie and Craig for all their hard work collecting raffle money.

It really was a wonderful evening in a beautiful setting, filled with smiles, laughter and football. St Mawgan Youth FC is about so much more than the game itself—it’s a community, a family, and something we’re all proud to be part of.

Here’s to another brilliant season, and we can’t wait to see everyone again soon! ♥️🩵

From early morning kick-offs and training sessions to washing muddy kits, offering encouragement from the sidelines, and being there through every win, loss, and lesson learned – thank you for everything you do ♥️

We’re excited to be launching a brand-new U7/U8 team this summer and are looking for enthusiastic young players to join us! 🌟

If your child is currently in Year 2 and loves football, we’d love to hear from you. Keep an eye on our page for details of an upcoming open training session where children can come along, have fun, and give it a try! ⚽🙌

We’re also on the lookout for parents who would like to get involved with coaching. No experience? No problem! We’ll support you with all the necessary training and qualifications to help you get started.
