I’ve been training a young lad ready for his army medical and physical tests here at FitBox Gym & Personal Training.
He has worked so hard and followed up our pt sessions with prescribed exercise and a running programme. His parents were anxious but today I got this message form his mum

“The boy smashed it 9.10 bleep 3.2 med ball and 110 on mid thigh pull and a confirmation to join in September thank you so much for all your hard work you will see him tomorrow a little bitter sweet for me x but truly thanks”
