A new PB of 1:30:25 over 3 minutes faster than my previous. 😊

A reminder that the work done in silence, long before race day and without applause, eventually speaks for itself. Show up for an audience of one, and the results will take care of themselves. (Applies in every aspect in life)

Huge thanks to of for helping me build the foundation. To my friends and the 6,900+ runners who shared the course today, you were incredible.

And to those closest to my heart, thank you for being my strength, inspiration, and reason to keep pushing forward.

I am still flabbergasted by the performance of Sebastian Sawe at the 2026 London Marathon.

Watching this short documentary reminds me to keep believing that I can eventually achieve my personal goals, while learning to accept fear as a natural part of the journey. ❤️
