We’re a family-run club based at Lliswerry High School, welcoming all ages and abilities!

We’re a non-profit organisation run by passionate volunteers. Our instructors are DBS checked, Welsh internationals, and bring 30+ years of experience to the mat.

Congratulations to our Karateka Jack, Noah and Sonny who successfully graded under Sensei Gary Harford 8th Dan. Great spirit from the boys especially it was a warm one!
