CPR & Defibrillator Training Success! ❤️⚡
Yesterday evening , Wight Dolphins Sub Aqua Club was delighted to hold a CPR & Defibrillator Awareness and Training Evening at Medina Lodge 35.
The event was a fantastic success, with over 30 people attending from Island Masonic Lodges alongside members of Wight Dolphins Sub Aqua Club. Participants learned the importance of early CPR, how to confidently use a defibrillator, and had plenty of hands-on practice with training manikins and AEDs.
Cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, anywhere, and knowing what to do in those first few minutes can make the difference between life and death. It was great to see so many people giving up their evening to learn these vital life-saving skills.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the evening such a success. By working together, we’ve helped make our local community better prepared to respond in an emergency.
We hope this is just the first of many community training events.
