I'm calling these done maybe just a bit of flock on the trees

So first game tonight in the ( second season of) Hereford league I've joined Played against khorne. With my halflings. Very brutal. I had 8 in the dead box. And he had 6. Got a 3 all draw despite only having 6 players at the end. Trees are awesome. Halflings are now my second favourite team after ogres. ( Nothing can replace them lol).

Been a while since posting. Been in bit of hobby slump and distracted by cyberpunk 2077.

But new league starting soon so gotta get these chaps ready. In gonna be doing year of the fling.

No a bad Sunday.
Started to assemble some of my thrud loot.

Just recovering from thrud. Was great weekend against 6 great opponents ( honestly had a blast playing them all). Got 2 draws 1 win and 3 losses. All losses occured on Sunday. (I wonder if there were any contributing factors to that. 🤢)

If you've never been to Thrudball I highly recommend it. All money raised goes to good cause and there is camping so no hotels needed and makes it easier to mingle with everyone.

I made out like a bandit winning the gw raffle prize of lots pitches and dice. Also got 2 teams in the auction.

Am unpainted Cereal killers team which is counts as khorne and a painted star wars team which is counts as chaos dwarves.

I'm going to take cereal killers to thrud next year as my last game was against a khorne team and they seem quite fun.

The starwars team I'll be using in the new Hereford league I have signed up for.

The event was also tinged with sadness as was the 1st one without Carl. It was great to see him imortalised as a goblin ooligan. And I did smile when on the table next to me someone exclaimed "yes gymir killed a treeman" which I think he would of liked.

Jinxsta and I also wore Gymir tops instead of or own. We were joined in this by Danny T (sorry for making you blub Dan)

Had a practice game for thrud today my gobbos Vs dark elves I lost 2-1. But was a very brutal game lol the pics show the dead and the players left on pitch at the end.
