Breast Cancer Awareness Month

It’s not just women who need to check.

Goal: Learn what is normal for your body so you can notice any unusual changes early.

Frequency: Check once a month.

Area to cover: Look and feel the entire chest area, including the collarbones and armpits.

Method: Use the flat part of your fingers to check for lumps, changes in skin texture, or swelling while in the shower, lying down, or standing in front of a mirror.
