Tonight 28 members took part in our monthly Pickle / Padel / Golf Sim / Table Tennis social.

Another huge thanks to Matchbox Pickle Club - an insane venue right on our doorstep.

🏆🍓 The Pimm’s Tournament 🍓🏆

Yesterday saw the biggest social tournament we’ve had - whether that was down to the competition or the promise of alcohol, we’ll let you decide … 🤣

The format was simple, win as many points as possible in 15 minute rounds, then drink a Pimm’s between rounds
Winners: Large pimm’s
Losers: Small pimm’s

After 5 rounds of tipsy tennis, the results were…

This weekend a fantastic group of 25 seniors and juniors travelled to Malvern for the annual England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 vs Rest of the World 🗺️ tournament where they did Wales proud 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

With 82 players taking part, Allt-Yr-Yn made up an impressive chunk of the rest of the world team. There was some incredible tennis throughout the day, with competitive matches played in a friendly and fun spirit 🎾🌍

Our members played in memory of the amazing Derrick Pewtner, helping to raise money for Inflammatory Neuropathies UK

The overall result went England’s way with a 5️⃣0️⃣9️⃣ - 4️⃣0️⃣2️⃣ victory. A huge thank you to Rob, Ruth and everyone at Manor Park Tennis Club for making us feel so welcome and putting on such a brilliant day! 💛 We’re already looking forward to next year!

What a day for our men’s 1st team yesterday! They beat Windsor with a convincing 6-0 win to secure promotion to Prem 1 for the first time in 10 years! 💙

This is a fantastic achievement and a testament to the hard work and commitment from every player this season. What makes it even more special is the homegrown talent at the heart of this team. Seeing players progress through our junior program into senior teams is what our club is all about.

Congratulations to everyone involved, you’ve made the whole club proud 🌟
