Some things I’ll happily debate… and some things I’ll stand by forever. 🤣🤸‍♀️

These are just a few of my “hills I’ll die on” as a preschool & recreational gymnastics coach.

Gymnastics has been such a huge part of my life, and without it, I genuinely wouldn’t be the person or coach I am today. It’s taught me so much about confidence, resilience, perseverance and believing in yourself.

That’s why creating positive experiences through gymnastics at CartWHEELERS is so important to me. ♥️

Yes, we’re teaching gymnastics skills — but we’re also helping children build confidence, become more independent, try things that feel scary, make friends and discover what they’re capable of.

And those are the things I hope they carry with them long after they leave the gym. 🤸‍♀️♥️

5 YEARS AGO, we started our School Age Classes in the tiny hall at the church… with just 3 classes and 2 coaches 🥹🤸‍♀️

Since then, we’ve grown, moved into the much bigger Jubilee Hall and watched our School Age programme grow beyond anything we could have imagined!

Now, we have 15 School Age classes, with another one starting next week — taking us to an incredible 16 classes and 6 coaches!♥️

From those first few classes in a tiny church hall to where we are now… we are SO proud of how far CartWHEELERS has come. 🥹✨

We are so grateful to all the gymnasts, families and coaches who have been part of our journey over the last 5 years, and we honestly can’t wait to see what the future holds! ♥️🤸‍♀️✨

September is here and we’re so excited for another month of gymnastics! 🤸🏼‍♀️♥️

We can’t wait to see lots continue in their current classes, cheer on all those moving up to their next class, and welcome lots of lovely new families to CartWHEELERS! 🥰

Here’s to a month full of learning new skills, building confidence, making memories and, of course, having LOTS of fun! 💫

🌳🛝 WE’RE GOING TO THE PARK! 🛝🌳

Our next theme is here… and we’re Going to the Park! 🌈☀️

We’ll be bringing all the fun of a trip to the park into our gymnastics sessions, with lots of opportunities to climb, balance, swing, jump, run and explore! 🤸‍♀️💚

Get ready for plenty of park-inspired gymnastics fun! 🛝🌳✨

Our little gymnasts have been practising their running & jumping skills on the trampette! 🤸‍♀️♥️

Going from 1 foot → 2 feet → 2 feet is actually much trickier than it looks! 👀 It takes coordination, balance, timing and lots of concentration — but our little ones have been giving it their all! 👏✨

From building confidence with their run-up to jumping high and landing safely, our Parent & Child classes are all about learning new skills through fun, movement and plenty of smiles! 🥰

Emails have now been sent out with all the important information you need for September, including which class your little one is signed up to and some important dates for your diary! 📅✨

If your little one is moving up from our Parent & Child or Independent Preschool classes, their new class will start from Monday 31st August! 🎉

Please note our classes on Monday 31st August will be:

🤸‍♀️ Independent Preschool: 10:45–11:30am
👩‍👧 Parent & Child: 11:30am–12:15pm
