Bounce Newmarket ((BOUNCE)) fitness classes: 10 minutes of ((BOUNCE)) is the same as a 30 minute run! FUN. FRIENDLY.

Performed on a mini trampoline this fitness class is 3 times more effective than other exercise due to gravity's additional force on the tramp pad.Focusing on simple arm and leg moves while bouncing around to high speed urban beats, this low impart workout is suited to all ages and fitness levels and even those returning from injury.Sessions are 60 minutes and include body conditioning and core stability focusing on muscle tone to achieve an all-over cardio workout that will have you hooked!

Did you know 🤔We offer different class types here at ((BOUNCE)) Newmarket.

One of which is our beats 🥁 class, our percussion based workout that uses weighted drumsticks to add extra focus attacking the arms and the upper body 💪 the routines are performed to carnival style music and we use the trampoline by hitting, lying down and beating it like a drum 🥁.

This feature class runs every other month and next one is this week 1st October get booked on to experience the FUN.

Well a week ago we were ((BOUNCE))ing our little heart out all for such and amazing cause 💙.

WE SMASHED OUR TARGET 🎉🎉 OF £500 this time last week, so I upped our target to £1000 and we have just hit it again. 🎊

A massive thank you to everyone who donated 🙏, so proud to be able to help with this much needed funds 🙌.

The overall event with various teams and cash donations on the day, making a massive £3246.67 and with a match from a company a grand total is on at

Well , I know I keep saying it but guys, that really was the last alfresco class of the year 😂

We flew through our playlist tonight and the determination and energy was truly amazing 🤩

You should all be mighty proud of what you all achieved tonight 🦚

A real family friendly class tonight with our little people joining us and also extending a very warm welcome to Cathy tonight . You did so well and can't wait to see you again next week 😁

Team Newmarket came out in force again tonight 💪

The energy, atmosphere was still buzzing from the weekend, the tunes were going and the smiles kept smiling back at me 😆

Shout out to Emma, Charlotte and Sam who all were there at the weekend 🙌 and still turned up to class tonight, muscles still a bit sore but trainers on and again and ready to go.
