Mantras I live by.

Real mantras I find myself saying in my head over and over again throughout the week. Some might not make sense, some are definitely not used in the right way but they help me create a life I am proud of and hopefully they will help you to.

People often ask me about the best form of exercise and the answer is surprisingly simple. It’s not strength training cardio or CrossFit. The best exercise is the one that motivates you to get out of bed on a rainy winter’s day or take you off the beach in summer. It’s the one you do at the end of a long workday because you simply can’t miss it.

Ultimately, your fitness level depends on your consistent exercise routine. Planning a routine focused on glute growth or speed but missing two to four sessions because you’re not feeling it can lead to missed progress.

Find what you enjoy and that motivates you. Then gradually incorporate specific training plans. You’ll have built the foundation for achieving your goals and the results will follow. Just start! If you want to learn more, pop me a message. You’ve got this 🤘🏼💪🏼

Running/jogging - stair runs or shuttle runs. Find two points and move between them. Repeat for 1 minute the rest for 30 seconds. X 5 rounds.
