A lot of teenagers these days spend their summer holidays sleeping in late and playing video games all day long. But not these two. They’ve been in the gym pretty much all day most days over the past few weeks practicing and preparing to represent Team GB in European Functional Fitness Championships held in Bath over the next 3 days.

The effort, commitment, and determination they’ve shown learning new skills, testing different approaches to workouts, and sharpening their fitness has been incredible and inspiring to see.

Go crush it girls! And most of all enjoy it! We’re all right behind you and wish you the best of luck! ☠️👑🖤

Teams will work together accumulating as many Cals as possible on the Bike and Rower at the same time.. work needs to be done every 3 mins but the machines don’t stop.. choose your pairs wisely! 👀
