Yes we have a nice gym, where people love to come and spend time and train and see thier friends. But we also have a high level gym full of people who can compete and get to the top!

Nobody gives a f**k if you submit a few people in the gym, with the new fancy submission youv seen on instagram last week, that dosent matter, nobody cares man. Its about getting out there and testing yourself.

Had loads of messages saying its an inspiration. So lets go! Leta do it!
