Hi the 5.30pm class will be held in the weights room, anyone using the weights room around that time you are more than welcome to join in the class. The weights room will be unavailable to members not wanting to do the class between 5.15pm and 6.15pm thank you 🏋️‍♀️ please remember to book on 😊

Emma's 6pm weight class is on tonight £5 per session, so weights room is closed to members unless you want to join in. Closed 6 until 6.45 x
