Shell and other extractive oil and gas corporates have known for decades that what they are doing will destroy large chunks of the habitable world for us and millions of other living species, and actively lie to us all about this while pretending they are part of the solution.

I don’t trust them.

Outside the hq south side of Waterloo bridge with this morning in the pouring rain, feels like a war we cannot win.

And maybe we can’t.

Maybe the few billionaires who own more than half the global wealth by pursuing an extractive, colonial approach to resource management are going to see this planet depleted and diminished to a point where it’s mostly uninhabitable for us and most of the non human crew.

But whether we win or lose, you just gonna sit and read about it in the press, watch it on the news, allow this to happen?

Join whatever fossil fuel resistance group is near to your own door and make some noise. Cos doing nothing is not helping increase the chances that we can win.

And we can.
