May you invite in the light to illuminate the way forward and soothe your soul in the acceptance of where you find yourself in this transition.

May you find grace and respect in all that you have experienced, whilst continuing to open your heart to the potential that now emanates from your evolved and awakened soul.

May you shed the layers that weigh heavy with doubt.

May you honour yourself by finding the courage to be who you want to be and give full and divine permission to move forward with unwavering hope and unshakeable belief in your ability to rise.

May you find peace if you have trouble in your soul.

May you move effortlessly into this new cycle that whispers your name, calling you to be more, to seek more, to receive more.

I’m so happy to share that North Star Academy is now officially accredited with the International Association of Therapists. 💫

It honestly feels such a special moment and a huge step forward.

This accreditation means I can now create and deliver my own accredited training courses, which is something I’m incredibly excited about. To be able to take everything I’ve learned, experienced and developed over the years and turn that into training that can support and inspire others feels really quite amazing.

There’s lots happening behind the scenes already and I’m so looking forward to sharing more very soon ❤️

For now though, I’m just taking a little moment to feel grateful and very excited about this next chapter.
