We’re delighted to be hosting the 6-a-side football competition as part of the Tyne and Wear Fire & Rescue Service International Sports Tournament this week.

Teams from France 🇫🇷 and the Czechia 🇨🇿, alongside teams from across Tyne and Wear, will be taking to the pitches at Killingworth FC.

It’s fantastic to see our facilities bringing people together from different countries through the power of sport and football. 🌍🤝⚽

We’re proud to play our part in such a brilliant event and look forward to welcoming everyone to Killy!

Huge congratulations to our Killingworth Whites U10s, who won the GFM Tournament at Bullocksteads! 👏⚽

A hard-fought final against a strong Heddon Centurions side saw Killy equalise with the last kick of the game before keeping their cool to win on penalties! 🥶🎯

What a way to win it! Massive well done to all the players and coaches — another trophy coming back to Killy! 🏆🔴⚫
