Our brand-new BAND BLAST launched this week and… WE LOVED IT! 🔥🙌
What a brilliant first week! We worked hard, had plenty of laughs and definitely got those endorphins flowing!

BAND BLAST is a fun, full-body workout that works every part of you, with exercises easily adapted to suit different abilities and fitness levels. So whether you’re a regular gym-goer or just getting back into exercise, there’s a place for you! 🥰

🔥 EACH 60-MINUTE CLASS INCLUDES:

I absolutely LOVE spending time with couples, getting to know them and creating a beautiful, bespoke first dance that is completely unique to them. ❤️
There’s something so special about watching a couple walk through my doors with an idea — and then seeing it come to life as their dance. 🥰

Sling Time!

Dancing with your baby is one of the most powerful connections you can have in this life. Indeed, the arms of a parent are considered the safest place on earth.
If you like dancing, want to meet other new parents and be part of a lovely community then join our Sling Time Dance classes @ Freelance Dance Studio in Jesmond.

*please note you will need to bring your own sling*

£56 for 7weeks or £10 Pay As You Go

The class will be 45mins long, but time has been added to give you a chance to get settled & set up.
