Katherine’s Transformation ✨
Katherine has been putting in the work, staying consistent and showing exactly what can happen when you keep going not 6 days per week, but manageable realistic goals for her lifestyle as a new mam.
You can really see the difference through her waist, back and overall shape, but what matters most is the commitment behind the photos. No quick fixes, no extremes just steady progress, support and a routine that works around real life.
So proud of you, Katherine. 💪💗
If you’re ready to feel stronger, more confident and start making sustainable changes too, send us a message and come join us at Mums Bums & Tums.

BUGGY MUMS ❤️✨
Have a little one who is easier in the pram? Get more out of your workout by bringing your buggy along. Get mega steps in whilst resistance exercises. What better way to start your day! Being outdoors is the best thing to improve your mood and get the little one out and about with nature.

Be honest 😂
How many of you smashed your January goals… and how many quietly moved them to “next year”? 👀
If your goals are still sitting in the drafts, this is your sign to stop restarting every Monday and get some proper support 💪
That’s exactly what I help with turning “I really need to sort myself out” into an actual plan you can stick to.
DM me “GOALS” and let’s get you back on track before January comes round again 😂

All my Mum and baby programs are a fantastic way to prioritize health post-pregnancy. Group training, 6 days a week for one-hour sessions all provide a supportive community of other mums going through the same challenges in life.
Not just an exercise class I Ensure the exercises are postpartum-friendly, focusing on core and pelvic floor strength. Nutrition mapping is key; a well-balanced diet aids recovery and energy levels. Celebrate progress, make yourself proud and have a good laugh with a supportive team.
Your well-being positively impacts both you and your little one. What’s stopping you ❤️
