Cacao offers incredible benefits to those who consume it. It is considered a powerful superfood, deeply supporting the cardiovascular system, relaxing the muscles, expanding the lungs for deeper breathing, and providing an abundance of antioxidants.

But cacao’s gifts go beyond the physical, it has the unique ability to cross the blood-brain barrier, helping regulate neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin. This promotes feelings of happiness, clarity, and a mindful presence as we move through our day.

It is said that cacao is one of the rare foods that can touch the spirit, awakening empathy, deepening our connection to Mother Nature, and bringing healing from the inside out.

🌙 Adaptagenic Moon Mylk 🧚‍♀️

Made with warming coconut milk, rose water, ashwagandha, beetroot powder, cinnamon and nutmeg; moon mylk helps ease the nervous system, release tension, and feel a sense of calm and openness, and restores balance. It’s like a hug from the inside out. 💜

Sipping slowly, it becomes a moment of self-care.. a reminder to pause, to soften, and to honour the cycles of nature and the rhythms within ourselves.

Sooooo we have a fab twist to our September CC.. Firstly to mention, we have the super cool DEAVINE DJ aka Dean from Ecstatic Beings.. Dean uses music to create a space where you are invited to dance, dream and elevate your energy, seamlessly mixing melodic house, progressive, tribal techno and trance.

Secondly, for our warming up and beginning of our dance journey we have……….. drum roll 🥁🥁🥁 brrrrrrrrrrr..

Mollie Birmingham who will be joining us to weave in her live singing from gentle tones to uplifting dance.. this is going to be such a treat..

What a way to begin a very special festival journey.

What we saw and felt, in our hearts, our bellies, and all around us, was true community. A field held by the earth, the sea and the air.. all the elements surrounding us as everyone came together on the dancefloor in unity, connection and love.

We feel incredibly blessed to have such a big-hearted, dedicated and phenomenally capable team at the ready, and we still can't quite believe how many people placed their trust in us and joined us for what became one of the most heartwarming weekends we've ever experienced.

Wow.. 40 days of Subagh Kriya and no sign of stopping just yet.. ✨🙏

What a journey. Lots of realisations, a deeper connection to my inner voice, and a much needed sense of grounding during one of the biggest things I've ever been part of.

Preparing for Over the Dunes festival has taken so much energy, love and dedication.

There’s been moments of pure excitement, moments of feeling too overwhelmed, and countless moving parts to make sure everything is in place. Through it all, this daily practice has helped me come back to me, quieten the stressy noise, trust my intuition, and keep putting one foot in front of the other.

I'm going to continue my practice until it feels right to stop. It’s become more than a commitment, it's become an anchor.

Feeling sooo grateful for the journey and sooo excited to welcome everyone to Over the Dunes at the weekend. Here's to trusting the process, embracing the challenges, and creating something canny special.
