Bounce class trail sessions available!

Please refer to the list of skill requirements for this trial:

• Basics of gymnastics perfected
• Coachable and able to listen to instructions
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Round off with re-bound
• Front somersault off trampoline and trampette
• Handspring or fly spring to feet
• Handspring flatback vault
• Kick over and back bend (working towards walkovers)
• Dive cartwheel (working towards free cartwheel)
• Understanding of and working towards backward flicks

Our Bounce class at Tumble is for age 8 years + and designed to give gymnasts that have prior experience an opportunity to progress at some of the higher-level skills within gymnastics. This is whilst keeping the focus being a fun based class, where the children can learn and develop their skills and confidence whilst making friends and enjoying making progress.

Our Bounce classes focus on all aspects of bouncing with bounce related activities. We will use a variety of equipment during these classes including the trampoline, fast track, trampette, springalines, floor and vaulting areas.

Please note there is no bars and beam included in Bounce classes.
