Just a big thank you to everyone for your kind messages with regards to my last post and a huge thank you to those of you who took the time to watch my old vids, somehow the channel has clocked up nearly 20,000 views this month which is incredible considering I haven’t uploaded for months. I’m still working hard to get the van back on the road so hopefully I’ll be back out and uploading soon.

Hi everyone! Just a quick update/apology! You might have noticed that I haven’t posted any content for a long time…. I haven’t packed it in it’s just been a tricky year! Work and changes at home have meant I haven’t had much spare time at all and to top it off the van has been a pain in the backside! It’s currently off the road again with brake and boost issues and finding the time (and money!) to fix it has been difficult. I have a quieter month coming up and I’m gonna start work on it this week. Hopefully with a bit of luck I’ll get it up and running again and get out and catch some fish! Thanks for all the messages and support, it’s really appreciated. Fingers crossed I’ll see you out there soon!

A great day catching cod out of beautiful St Abbs on Scotlands South East Coast - A really solid session for this time of year with plenty of fish to the kayak. Hopefully this means we're in for a good summer! - The rough ground to the south and the ground on the north side of the bay was the most productive with soft plastics doing the damage as usual 🎣

Well hello! It’s been a little while hasn’t it…. The three W’s as usual put paid to my season run in! Wind,Weather and Work!
Some good news of sorts though…I’ve recovered the lost audio files from my sessions over the wrecks at the mouth of the Tyne! I’m editing that vid now and fingers crossed I’ll have it up by the weekend. I started work on it a few months ago but the card from the second trip corrupted and I lost all of the audio. I know it’s not a recent trip but hopefully you’ll enjoy it.
I’m sitting watching the weather now as I have some time off… hoping and praying I can get a trip in before Christmas! 🎣

I had a great day on the water catching cod and pollack on the lures and light gear... but could this be the last launch ever from Whitley Boat House? The wind was right but the tides were wrong...however with the Boat House and ramp being demolished the next day I had to get out for one last blast at good old Whitley. Fishing the rough ground just east of the Can saw lots of cod and pollack to the kayak with soft plastics doing the damage as usual. I'm Keeping everything crossed that they rebuild that ramp, I've made some great memories and good friends there over the years 🤞🎣
