A busy Tuesday night at Silverdale Running Club! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

So many groups to choose from — intervals, 4–5 mile trail run, 10/11/12 min mile groups, and Run, Jog, Walk & Talk.

Whether you’re chasing pace or just out for a relaxed social run, there’s something for everyone. Great to see the club so full of energy, with everyone out running and catching up.🩵

And the best bit? A well-earned drink in the clubhouse and Nigel’s mum’s legendary cakes! 🍰☕️ (arguably the real reason we all turn up 😂)

🏃 TOMORROW 🏃‍♀️

Tomorrow is Silverdale Running Club’s Six Weeks of Summer and we’re really looking forward to welcoming you all!

When you arrive at Silverdale Athletics Football Club, please enter through the double doors where you’ll be greeted by Jason, who will be handling registration. If you haven’t already completed the form via the link below, we kindly ask that you do so in advance this will help us manage numbers and make the registration process quicker and smoother for everyone.

Once registered, you’ll be guided to the start line. The route takes you through the country park, up to the top, then back down and around the void. The course will be marked and there will be plenty of marshals positioned throughout to ensure everyone stays on track.

This is a self-timed event, once you finish, please report your time to Jason so it can be recorded. You’ll then be able to compare your results with the second event of Six weeks of summer.

Most importantly, this event is all about enjoyment, encouragement, and supporting one another. All funds raised will be donated to charity.

Everyone is welcome there’s absolutely no pressure on times. Just come along, take part, and enjoy the experience. The bar will be open afterwards for some well-earned refreshments.
