Our new infrared hot studio is coming soon right here within our existing studio.

HOT SCULPT.

A full-body workout that brings together strength, Pilates-inspired movement and conditioning, with the added challenge of working in the heat.

Expect controlled movements, resistance, pulses and holds, with plenty of focus on your core, glutes and upper body all set to an upbeat soundtrack.

It’s designed to challenge your strength and endurance while keeping you moving from start to finish.
