4 weeks post op and finally getting properly stuck back in.

There’s nothing quite like being back in the room with the team coaching, holding pads, having a laugh and seeing everyone putting the work in.

The students brought the energy tonight… and I may have gotten a little carried away 😂

Still rebuilding, still taking it step by step, but it feels good to be back doing what I love.

New month, fresh start, and a chance to get back into a strong routine.

Not quite how I expected the morning to go. After having to cancel today’s seminar, I managed to grab a last minute place in the Newbury Racecourse 10K to support my brother.

With my operation very soon, it felt like one final challenge and a special moment to share with him before I begin the road to recovery.

A brilliant event, an amazing atmosphere and a morning I’ll genuinely remember. One last hurrah ❤️👊
