😅Another very busy week at Transform HQ!

💪🏻We have an incredible Chest piece landed 🛬

✅Plate loaded Pec Flye! An amazing machine for isolating your chest!

🎯If you struggle with feeling traditional DB flyes in your chest, then give this blast! Each rep is identical & can be controlled to target those pec muscles! Super smooth & super strict!!

🙌We’ve also finished the brand new flooring in the PT & ‘Old School’ Zone! This has given us so much more space to add some more incredible machines!

🥳Over the next couple of weeks it will all be organised to finish the gym off perfectly!

⚡️We’ve also got some New Signage going up along the cream wall which is going to make the gym absolutely POP!

🚀Believe us when we say, we will not stop till this is the best training facility around!!! Just getting started 💪🏻💪🏻
