Tornado kickboxing and Fitness provide kickboxing classes for adults and children in New Milton

Our adult kickboxing classes in New Milton are varied each session to keep students motivated. We start with a brief cardio warm-up and then stretch all of the muscle groups to gain flexibility. After warm-up and stretching we move on to pad and kick-shield drills, learning technique and improving speed, power and agility. Gradings are held twice per year. On our sparring sessions we do a brief cardio warm-up and stretch to start. Once everyone is warmed up we pair up and spar for the rest of the lesson, switching partners to enable everyone the opportunity to practice against different abilities. Sparring session are not compulsory but we recommend our students take part to learn how to apply their skills in a real life situation. Swag fitness, new Milton

Children’s Kickboxing Classes in Christchurch

Children’s classes are run a little differently, incorporating fun drills to develop martial arts skills. We do a brief warm-up and stretch at the beginning, a small session of pad and kick-shield work and then move on to line-work which helps to develop focus and discipline. We have regular awards including ‘Student of the Month’ and ‘Star of the Week’ to help keep children motivated and working towards their goals

📣 EXILE GYM INTERCLUB – THAI FESTIVAL SOUTHAMPTON • 4 JULY

Exile Gym is proud to host an outdoor Interclub during this year’s Thai Festival Southampton — and we’re inviting all gyms to take part.

Coaches, please send your fighters’ lists including:
Name • Weight • Age • Experience • Discipline (Muay Thai / K1 and boxing)

This is an amazing outdoor event, beginner‑friendly, and a great opportunity for your fighters to gain ring experience in a supportive atmosphere.

Interclub info update,

Please read this very important information in full about Sundays interclub.

We have been hit with a triple whammy of events and following the below will allow us to carry out another smooth event!

For those competing or coming to support:

Road Access
Eastern Road is closed southbound. Please leave in plenty of time to avoid delays.
Rodney Road will also be closed. The access to Gym 01 by car is via Fratton Way only.

🚗 Parking (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

Parking is very limited. Once the spaces directly outside the gym are full, please do NOT park anywhere else on the park.

There will be traffic wardens patrolling as there is also a football match on starting at 12 midday.

This includes double yellow lines and Enterprise Rent A Car (bollards are in place and we cannot assist with vehicle removal)

Alternative parking available at:

Tesco (across the road)
B&Q / Matalan
Please be mindful of their parking times and restrictions.

⏰ Event Timings

Weigh-ins: 10:00am (ALL fighters)
Rules meeting: 11:00am
First fight: 11:15am

⚠️ If one team is late, it delays the entire day — please allow plenty of time to arrive.

Due to the football match we are inviting teams to arrive from 9am. If everyone is here earlier it’s means we can start earlier too.

Payments (Cash Only):
Fighters: £15
Spectators: £7
Coaches & under 5’s: FREE

Just to let you all know that there will be no class for ninjas and kids on Tuesday 8th July as we are away in Devon, adults classes remain on, John will be taking classes for us. We will see all the ninjas and kids back on Saturday 12th as normal…
