Sorry for the late post we recently had a new machine installed in our main gym. Hammer Strength Plate Loaded V Squat. With that ergonomic movement. So far everyone loves this machine Invest in your self whilst we invest in the gym 😀

It’s with a heavy heart that we announce the death of one of our staff and dear friend - Abdullah Younas.
He passed away while visiting Saudi for Umrah. He will dearly be missed by us and our customers who knew him.
