Well obviously heard the news, and the shambolic way businesses are getting treated.

Looks like 6pm friday our poor door has to close yet again.

If we could afford the fines, we would keep the gym open.
We know how important fitness is, not only for our bodies but our mental health.

Below you will see the latest gov guidelines with regard to covid. I'm sure most of you are already aware, but just incase can you read through the link to understand what is expected. Maintaining the social distancing whilst in the gym is still in place, the addition to this is the wearing of a mask whilst coming and going. On the plus side the gyms are still open which is the main thing.

Face coverings: guidance for public | GOV.WALES Face coverings will become mandatory in indoor public places across Wales from 14 September.

Saddened to hear the passing of Luke.
So young, so much talent, absolute credit to the bodybuilding industry.
