Pembrokeshire Pilates is committed to providing high quality Classical Pilates training the way Joseph Pilates intended, in small classes and in private one to one sessions. Group classes run weekly in school term time in our two venues of Pembroke Town Hall and Templeton Village Hall near Narberth. 🥳🎊 20yrs (2006) ago today I taught my very first Pilates class💥
Fast forward to today and I'm in Corfu (Sidari) with a bunch of students, friends , and my twin brother 😍
We've had a mixture of Pilates , paddle boarding, sight seeing, swimming, chilling and lots of eating and drinking.🎊
Today we will celebrate Pembrokeshire Pilates birthday in style💃.
Thank you to all of my current and past clients for your unbelievable support over these 20yrs.❤️

💥The studio and all group classes are closed until Tuesday 9th June.💥
I shall be taking a group of my lovely students to Corfu for a Pilates and paddleboarding retreat, to celebrate Pembrokeshire Pilates being 20yrs old on 6th June🥳☀️⛱️
The studio and my group classes have only been a success because of my wonderful students😍 Some have be with me since my very first class in 2006
Thank you to each and everyone of you who have supported me from the beginning , in the middle and now.
My Pilates"family" are more like friends, as we've all been through many experiences together, good and bad and come through smiling and stronger at the other side💪

Tomorrow the studio re opens after a few days off, we also start a 5 week term for group mat classes 💫
Venues and times for group mat classes are as follows..
Monday 10am Pembroke Town Hall
Tuesday 6pm Llanddewi Velfrey Hall
Wednesday 10.30am Templeton Village Hall
Wednesday 6pm
Pembroke Town Hall
Friday 9.30am Pembroke Town Hall
We will be using the hand weights (optional) for every class this term, following the Classical arm weight series 💪
Most classes are full, but a few spaces available in some.

I want to thank every Pembrokeshire Pilates student for being with me this year. I'm looking forward to what is to come in 2026, my 20th year of teaching you!! We have a group trip to Corfu to celebrate , I can't wait 💫

☆Update☆
No studio lessons or group classes this week🤕
I have been asked ny many to explain what happened to me🙈
This time last week, I was waking up in hospital after emergency surgery, expecting it to be only my appendix removed. No, along with my appendix, I had a very rare addition to my small bowel, called Meckels diverticulum. Only 2% of the population has this! It was giving the same symptoms as appendicitis. They had to remove a section of the small bowel and resect it to take this away, including my appendix and also a piece of twisted and necrotic part of the system 🤢
I'm home recovering, being very well looked after by Chris Doyle. He's one in a million😍 And Toby, of course 🐕
The staff and surgical team at Withybush were absolutely brilliant.
I had been waiting (vomiting) in A and E for exactly 12 hours until I saw a Dr. This was no fault of the staff or medical team. Once I was seen, I was being operated on in under an hour.
I noted so many people in A and E who waited like myself for hours, only to be sent home with paracetamol. Perhaps they were there because they couldn't get an appointment with their GP 🤔
I would like to say a big thank you for all the get well wishes from friends, family and clients ❤️
I'm hoping to be back next week, teaching in some form 💪xx

Guess who came to class today?
Daisy (nearly 4yrs old) was amazing she followed all the instructions for a whole 45 mins!!
