There is something uniquely grounding about being upside down while floating on water 🤸‍♀️

In Downward Facing Dog on a paddleboard, the world shifts. Your hands are planted firmly on the deck pad, fingers spread wide, but instead of the static floor of a studio, you are connected to the subtle, rhythmic pulse of the water beneath you 🌊

When you drop your head and gaze back through your legs, the scene flips. The sky drops into the water, and the trees seem to grow from the clouds. It’s a moment of total perspective shift. Your core engages to find balance against the gentle sway, and your mind is forced to clear, because out here, you can’t worry about anything other than that exact point of equilibrium ⚖️

You realise that everything you thought you knew about your surroundings looks different when you turn it on its head. It’s not just a yoga pose; it’s a reset button for your entire outlook 🙏

our wonderful Shelly collecting her new board yesterday! off to practice her skills, drills and paddle technique ahead of her water safety and rescue and Instructor qualifications coming up soon! Shelly is on an epic blue journey supported by Blue Space Highland and its been such an honour to be a part of her journey. 💙

Weve enjoyed many paddles, journeys and practice sessions. Watching her confidence, and strength in body and mind grow is absolutely incredible! 🙌
