We still have spaces available for our Breaststroke to Front Crawl session on Saturday 27th September! 🏊

This session is perfect if you've always been a breaststroker but have been wanting to make the switch to front crawl. You'll start in our lakeside classroom learning the theory, then put it into practice in the lake with expert coaching in a small group of up to 6 people.

This is the last session of the year, so if you've been thinking about it, now's the time!

Want to improve your breaststroke? We can help.

At Nice1, breaststroke coaching is something we’ve built real expertise in. Helping swimmers feel smoother, more confident and more comfortable with their technique at QuaysLake.

If you’re already comfortable in the water but fancy a bit of guidance to refine your breaststroke, our Breaststroke Improver sessions could be for you. We start with a relaxed lakeside chat through the basics, then head into the water together, small groups, so you get plenty of support. Afterwards, you’re welcome to stay for a swim.
