Hello everyone. I am sorry I didn’t get the chance to say good bye properly. We have now moved to Scotland! I will be setting up a class here and hopefully get around to doing some classes online maybe you tube.

Here is a link to a course I have been doing this month. Most are quite short and easy to fit into your day. It starts slowly and progresses but you can easily modify. Message me if you need some modifications
