12 weeks. That's all this took.
I'd just come out of a break up in 2023 and needed something that was mine. No goal, no direction, just a lot of headspace to fill. So I gave myself 12 weeks and something to work towards instead.
12 weeks from now, you'll be different in some way. Either you'll have changed something, or you'll be exactly the same as you are today.

Throw back to a year ago where I won my first medal on stage π can't believe it's been that long!
Some training bits from this week, gaming and doggy adventures!
Business has been good, and I'm having my first planned week off in 6 months. Still continuing with my online bits, but will be back to in person bits the following week. A week to recover and get back into it with full physical and mental energy!
Excited to see what the last quarter of the year will bring π

"I've left it too late." That's the thing I hear most from people putting this off.
Muscle, metabolism and recovery don't wait for you to feel ready. The longer you leave it, the harder your body works against you instead of for you. Recovery slows. Building muscle gets harder. None of it waits for the "right time."
Jordan gained 25lbs+ of lean muscle in 9 months. He used to be uncomfortable taking his top off. Now he's the first one to.
It's never too late to rebuild. Message me and let's start now.

Mikie works long hours. Most people would call that a reason to wait.
In 8 weeks he lost 18lbs, built muscle, got significantly leaner, and had more energy day to day. Still enjoyed meals out. Still had time away. The routine fit around his job, it didn't fight it.
The gap between starting today and starting later only gets bigger. Every week you wait is a week you don't get back.
That's what 8 weeks of consistency looks like. Message me and let's get yours started π¬

Motivation was never meant to last past week 2.
Most people think losing it means they've failed. No discipline, no willpower, can't stick to anything.
You didn't fail. Motivation just did what motivation does. It disappeared. That's not a personal problem, that's just how it works.
The fix isn't finding more of it. It's building a routine that doesn't need it in the first place.
If you're tired of waiting to feel motivated, message me and let's build something that doesn't rely on it π¬

Weekly dump (pump) πͺ
Bit of training, bit of gaming, birthdays and apparently dinosaurs now? π
Nothing too serious - just a few bits from the week.
Inconsistency was never your problem.
Most people think falling off the plan means something's wrong with them. No discipline, no willpower.
I've got a client, Becky. Years of jumping from one diet to the next, nothing ever sticking. But it was never her. She was following someone else's plan, built for someone else's life.
The second she got a plan built around her, she actually stuck to it.
If you've tried and failed before, that's not proof you can't do this. It's proof you've never had the right structure.
Message me and let's talk about it.
Some raw footage of some of my pull session today.
Just proving that I'm stronger than everyone else in the gym (there was nobody else in the gym).
Consistently moving more reps or weights every session. No matter how great or how s**t I feel. These are the building blocks to building your best physique.
If you ever find training boring... I'll tell you what's worse... not bettering yourself or degressing.
And remember doing something is better than nothing. You doing half a session or even less sets than normal is still better than not turning up at all. Just go to the gym and surprise yourself π
