UPDATE: PROJECT ENTRY SYSTEM!.

We have now completed all major work on the new entry system. We are now going to move forward in an orderly fashion and attack mornings, afternoons and evening in a single file fashion.

Phase 1. Morning Users - 8am to 12pm
Phase 2. Afternoon Users - 12pm to 4pm
Phase 3. Evening Users 5pm to 9pm.

Phase 1 will begin this coming week.We will require you to check in at the cafe/reception area and make sure we have your your current and updated details, your email is of prime importance here.

💰 Unfortunately there is a small one off charge of £1.50 which can be paid at the counter. This charge is for technology transfer and is incurred per existing member. New members will be charged the small fee on sign up from here forward.

You will recieve your pass information with full instructions explaining how to download your pass. We will be on hand to help so please don't freak out if you are not very capable with phones and emails.

The door system will go into effect once we have met each of the criteria of each phase. Once we are happy that we have worked through the regular users for each phase we will then turn the doors on during that phase.

This process will be handled very gently and everyone will continue to gain access as normal through the coming days and weeks. We will explain everything in person ince we exchange the pass.

We are also pleased to announce that we will be offering visitors the chance to purchase a day pass online from 6am to 9pm Monday to Friday and user will be given a Keypad Code to gain entry whilst we are unstaffed between 6am to 8am and thereafter.

We will announce full details when this goes Live this week. Security cameras will also be added very soon so we can moitor all door access time zones. This system will be very much the launch pad to go fully automous in 2027 which will benefit all our members. This is another few paragraphs for another day.
