Young Lewis asked me 4years ago if I thought his picture would one day be on our gym wall….
I said yes and now is the time for that to happen!

Lewis you have been so hardworking and dedicated, it is absolutely paying off.

Lewis took 2nd place in the PCA First Timers Natural category at the beginning of August🥈💪🏽

A very strong start to your first year competing and a few more comps pending…. I’m certain you will do great.

Now that the dust has settled, a HUGE congratulations has to be said for Glen. What a year, a year he couldn’t have dreamt of….

Glen has been training in Advance Bodies Gym for over 4 years now and I have watched him improve significantly.
Now at AGE 60;
IFBA, PCA and NABBA Scottish Champion🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
NABBA British Champion🇬🇧
NABBA World Champ🌍
And to top this off, he has qualified for the MR UNIVERSE💪🏽

All been done at an age where most people think they are ‘too old’ to challenge themselves. This is the time it is most important to train hard and stop your body from deteriorating or wasting away!!
