Building Strength from the Ground Up

Understanding why these things happen is the first step to improving them.
Join us for an interactive demonstration where we’ll explore how horses generate movement, how to identify strengths and weaknesses, and how posture, conformation and previous injuries can influence the way they move. We’ll also look at how horses develop “movement maps” (neuromuscular pathways), and how to use targeted in-hand work and polework to help build stronger, more balanced movement patterns.
My aim is far more than to help horses feel better today, it’s to help them move better for the long term. By understanding each horse’s individual strengths, weaknesses and movement patterns, we can build tailored programmes that improve strength, balance and performance while reducing compensation and the risk of recurring problems.
Whether you’re bringing a horse back into work, supporting an older horse, or simply wanting to better understand how your horse moves to improve their heath and performance, I’d love for you to join me.
