Here we’re asking the hip to move while maintaining control through the pelvis and trunk.

Foam roller adds a simple constraint, clear it without compensating, then control the movement back.

Very grateful for this space and that I get to call it work ✨

For all the moments that look like...

Giving people the time and space to tell their story.
Untangling symptoms that haven’t quite made sense.
Helping someone realise their body isn’t something they need to be afraid of.
Turning “I don’t think I can” into “actually, I can.”
Finding movement that feels good, not movement that feels like a chore.
Adapting Pilates around injuries and conditions, not avoiding movement because of them.
Helping people trust their bodies again after pain or injury.
Celebrating the small wins that are actually pretty big.
Giving people the knowledge to feel less reliant on treatment and more confident managing themselves.
And ultimately, helping people live their best life.

Yesterday my friends and I completed our Cotswold hike in support of in 32°C ☀️

Thank you to everyone who donated, shared my fundraiser or sent messages of encouragement. Together we've raised an incredible £2,462.

I'm especially grateful to the Honeyrock Physiotherapy community, who contributed over £643 just over a quarter of the total raised!

Every donation will help Alzheimer's Society continue supporting people living with dementia and their families.

One year after becoming a Mum 💛

Seeing clients regain their strength and confidence after pregnancy is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

This didn't happen overnight. It came from consistency, patience and showing up week after week.

Every postnatal journey is different, and progress looks different for everyone. But moments like these are so rewarding to witness.
So proud. ✨
