After the first Silent Disco Stride, there was absolutely no way we weren't doing it again… so we're back, and this time we're making it HALLOWEEN 🎃

Thank you to everyone in (and out of 😂) this photo who came along to the very first Studio TLC Silent Disco Stride last night.
Walking, running, singing, questionable dance moves and a LOT of laughs 🤣🎧

Massive thank you to Bike Shed Coffee for keeping everyone supplied with gorgeous coffees afterwards ☕️ If you haven't caught him at one of his pop-ups yet, you're missing out - the iced coffees are unreal!

I think it's safe to say this won't be our last Silent Disco Stride... 👀👻

Honestly, hearing that never gets old 🩷

Looking back through these photos, it's hard to believe everything that's happened in such a short space of time.

Classes that have gone from strangers in a room to people who genuinely look out for each other.

Beach Club, runs, walks, Silent Discos, Pyjama Pilates, hikes, coffee stops and so many moments in between.

But what really makes Studio TLC what it is... is the people.

The confidence that's grown.

The friendships that have formed.

The encouragement that's given so freely.

The comfort zones that have been left behind.

That's because of every single person who's walked through those doors and helped create the memories you see in these photos.
