Nice to be back teaching and even better that I got to promote Raf to solid grey belt and Otis to grey/white belt. These two brothers give everything to bjj and couldn't deserve these belts more 👏👏 keep it up boys

All classes are on as normal except kids bjj on friday which will return on 4th September 4.15pm 👍

Set your alarm clocks early, our final athlete to enter the cage is Kadyn Hopkins who will start his campaign on cage 4 from 7am Wales time. He’ll face athletes from Tajikistan and Israel. Tune into immaf.tv to watch live!
