‘Monday’s match sponsor and loyal Mold Alexandra supporter, Richard ‘Chad’ Hughes, has kindly dedicated Mondays game against Bangor City 1876 FC to his younger brother and ex-player Phil Hughes, who was sadly taken from us in 2021. Phil was a well-known and respected person in the community and represented the club on numerous occasions during the late 90’s and early 2000’s. Phil was a member of the successful Mold Alexandra squad that won the Welsh National Premier Division Cup in 2001 and 2002 under manager Dave Williams. Monday’s match is supported by Andys Man Club and a collection will be made throughout the day, and all proceeds will go to this charity in memory of Phil.’

Everyone at Mold Alexandra were sad to hear of the of passing of past Secretary, Ken Walkett.
Ken was Secretary of Mold Alexandra in the mid 90’s and was well known within the club.
Everyone associated with the club send their condolences to Ken’s family at this sad time

Mold Alexandra FC are pleased to announce the signing of .duffy7 , following his release from CPD Y Rhyl 1879 .

Sam returns to the Alex after two years away, having previously enjoyed a successful spell with the club.

🗣️ Sam Duffy:
“It’s great to be back with the club after two years away. It’s a club that I’m familiar with and somewhere that I feel I’ve played some of my best football. I can’t wait to get going again with a quality group of lads and a class management team.”

🗣️ Barry Owen:
“Sam’s quality speaks for itself and once he became available I saw it as an opportunity to add further quality to our squad and to provide extra attacking options.

“The management team are looking forward to working with Sam straight away to build upon the positive start to the season.”

🏆 During Sam’s previous spell at the club, the Alex finished 4th in the Cymru North and lifted the Welsh Blood Service League Cup.
