Tuesday Zoom Yoga at Home (please request a one click link
for your device). £7 per class 7pm-8.30pm

Thursday-Rhosesmor Village Hall 7.00pm-8.30pm pay as you
go Yoga class £8.50 or £30 for 4 consecutive classes.

Celebrate the ancient festival of Lammas and honour the first harvest of the year.

Gather for a transformative evening of reflection, gratitude, and deep restoration.

🌿 Open your heart with warm, sacred cacao and set intentions for your inner harvest.

Melt into deep, meditative Yin and restorative postures to release tension and ground your energy.

Immerse yourself in healing vibrations. , Crystal bowls, and chimes will wash over you to restore equilibrium and balance.

We will end our evening with tea and cake!

What to Bring- Yoga mat, blanket, yoga block or cushion, water bottle, a small mug for your cacao and an item from nature for our Mandala.
