Whether you want to learn to defy gravity or just see what parkour is all about, we have an action-packed day lined up for all ages and skill levels.
Here is what is happening every single hour between 10am and 4pm:
✅ 30-Minute Workshops – Structured mini-sessions to get moving safely.
✅ Wall Running Challenge – Learn the secrets to scaling walls with ease.
✅ Backflip Taster – Have a go at mastering the ultimate parkour flip.
✅ Meet Ruel DaCosta – Chat with our gym owner and Elite Ninja Warrior competitor! Ask him about his time racing on ITV, grab a photo, or get his top training tips.
✅ Grading Info – Learn how our step-by-step grading system tracks progress and builds confidence.
✅ Q&A Session – Ask our coaching team anything about classes, safety, and schedules.
No previous experience is needed. Just bring clean trainers, comfortable clothes, an open mind, and plenty of energy!
