We have a rare one-off opportunity to book a private session on BlackBerry, our mechanical horse!

BlackBerry is fantastic for working on your:
✨ Riding position
✨ Balance & symmetry
✨ Seat and core stability
✨ Rein contact
✨ Leg aids
✨ Overall effectiveness in the saddle

Each 30-minute private session is suitable for RDA riders and non-disabled riders, with the session tailored completely to the individual.

Lessons are delivered by a fully qualified RDA & BHS Accredited Professional Coach, giving you the chance to really focus on your riding without having to worry about influencing a real horse.

The weight limit for BlackBerry is 16 stone

We are looking for a Volunteer or Trustee Treasurer / Finance Director.

This role is of vital importance for the future longevity of the centre.

This might be great for you if you are a senior finance leader looking to use your commercial acumen for a high-impact cause.

This dual-focused role blends board level governance with long-term financial strategy.

What you’ll do:
🦄Strategic Growth: Drive long-term financial modeling, capital allocation, and new revenue models.
🦄Governance & Oversight: Lead board-level reporting, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
🦄Commercial Support: Partner with the trustees and centre staff to optimise cash flow, reserves, and financial systems.

What we’re looking for:
⭐Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CIPFA, or equivalent) with senior financial leadership experience (FD, CFO, or Controller).
⭐Strategic thinker who translates complex financial data into plain-English strategy.
⭐ Understanding of the Charity sector e.g. grants, funding, restricted cash etc.

A love of horses isn't necessary, but does help (especially when it comes to appreciating vets fees and feed supplement costs!)
