Games Day

The residents of Coniston & Ullswater at Windermere Grange Care Home recently came together for a games day. There was lots of laughter and cheers as they played a game of ‘Deal or no Deal’. 🍁

🐶 Maxi's Mates 🐶

Windermere Grange Care Home would like to support Maxi's Mates Rescue and Rehoming Centre.

We are looking for donations of dog food, toys and blankets to support the centre.

Any donations can be dropped off at the entrance of the home and we will arrange the delivery to the centre.

Please can all donations be dropped off by 1st September 2026.

At Windermere Grange we support residents of Coniston & Ullswater to cook their meals, it’s an excellent way to boost their wellbeing, promote independence and encourage social interaction. 🥘 🍁

Middlesbrough Mela

Middlesbrough Mela is one of the biggest, most spectacular multicultural festivals in the North East and offers a fabulous mix of music, food, fashion and fun.

Residents of Coniston & Ullswater at Windermere Grange Care Home had a wonderful time at Middlesbrough Mela, enjoying the various stalls and dancing to the music. 🍪 🥤 🎶 🍁

Who doesn’t love a little retail therapy? 🛍️

A lady who resides on Coniston & Ullswater at Windermere Grange enjoyed a shopping trip for some essentials, she also popped into Greggs for a coffee & a sweet treat! 🛍️ ☕️ 🍩 🍁

Pub Lunch

Residents of Coniston & Ullswater at Windermere Grange enjoyed a local pub lunch, it was throughly enjoyed by all.🍗 🍟 🍺 🍁
