Eating healthy to stick to your goals doesn't have to mean you spend hours on food prep or cooking. The meals I eat are always quick to prepare because I honestly could not be arsed spending hours cooking every night πŸ˜… I like to make sure I always have a few staple ingredients in so that if im pushed for time my nutrition doesn't suffer....Aldi's Turkey burgers are πŸ‘Œ

First gym session back after Christmas off with my babies! Feels great to be back at it especially after a well earned break!
My advice, dont make unrealistic new years resolutions that you 100% won't be able to stick to! The only thing that will do is make you feel worse!
Choose realistic goals in realistic time frames and then put in the effort πŸ’ͺ
If you want help, guidance, advice and accountability then drop me a DM πŸ“© No better time to start ❀

I love trying new things to push me out of my comfort zone, This year I'm delving into the world of fasting for the insane health benefits and hoping to get into yoga. What are your new year ideas?
I can't wait to start 2024 with a bang πŸ’₯

Less is more....especially when it comes to ingredients in food and drinks.
Lots of people are now swapping normal milk for non dairy options ie Oat milk, Almond milk etc.
If I could give one piece of advice it would be to CHECK THE INGREDIENTS!! πŸ‘€
Plenish do a great range of milks with just 3 ingredients, in their oat milk its just Water, Organic GF Oats and sea salt πŸ‘Œ yet there are many more brands like Oatly that actually add rapeseed oil into their oat milk! πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ why?? πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ You know how I feel about seed oils 🀣 some brands add sugar, Gellan gum and other unnecessary things into their "healthy" non dairy milks all these things are either inflammatory or cause gut problems.
LESS IS MORE πŸ‘

Sometimes its ok to skip the gym... today I needed to walk, get some fresh air and look after my mental health and walking is what works for me.
This is where consistency and flexibility go hand in hand. I will still fit in my gym days this week, I've just swapped things around because today I need to be kind to myself, today my mental health matters more than lifting weights. Tomorrow I lift πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ Today, I give myself what I need πŸ’š

Today's training plan - Just get through it!
Not every session is going to be great or enjoyable. Sometimes I absolutely can't be arsed!
There's so many factors that can change how you feel and how you train like the types of food you've eaten, alcohol consumption, sleep, time of the month for us ladies and also things on your mind.
sometimes you just can't be arsed!! and thats ok! but its those sessions that count the most Its consistency that gives results. Motivation is temporary, its dedication and consistency, even when you really don't want to that makes the difference. Well, that and great coach to give you the knowledge, push and accountability πŸ˜‰πŸ‘ DM Me for details of my training and nutrition plans
