We have classes dedicated to fighters only, this is to go over certain techniques and develop an understanding of scoring muaythai. To make the most of this session it is invite only, the idea is to have a small group pt. There please get in touch before coming down to avoid confusion.

Kids class has finally got a start date, Monday 22nd June. We're so excited to have you down and teach you skill sets that go beyond just muaythai. We've had alot of enquiries about this class and to ensure everyone has the best experience we will be doing ages 8 - 12 only. Hope to see you for the launch next week!

We've got structured classes where we drill techniques to develop your muaythai along side fight iq, followed by hard pad rounds and explosive fitness circuits. There is something to suit everyone, from first timers to professional fighters.
Just drop in and try a class, no need to book and no direct debit.
