Brutal is an added extra session we have created that pushes you to the next level.

It only comes around once per month, so we’ve just completed number 8

RUN CLUB #41

Great run by the team this evening.
Some 5.5km and others pushed on to 6km.

A stunning loop of pant, up onto the top ponds and back to the gym.

This is a free coached run club every Thursday and anyone is welcome 🤗
